Fifth graders began their Lenten journey on Ash Wednesday. To help us along our journey we made a visual reminder- purple footprints. On the back of one of the footprints we wrote what we were going to sacrifice, or give up during Lent and on the back of the other we wrote what we were going to do, to better ourselves; spiritually, or physically. Then the footprints were put on the walls to look like we were walking along.
